Friday, 4:38 p.m., 600 block of West Spring Street. Caller reported damage to vehicle that likely happened in his driveway.

Friday, 5:26 p.m., McDonald’s. Officer requested for unwanted subject on property; subject left before officers arrived.

Friday, 6:34 p.m., Old Bluffton Cemetery. Report of yelling, subjects advised they yelled at kids on the tracks. No issues.

Friday, 6:36 p.m., 2300 block of North Oak Drive. Caller reported man did not show up for custody exchange. Officer performed a welfare check.

Friday, 10:10 p.m., Premier Apartments. Subject reported feeling uncomfortable from another resident.

Friday, 11:15 p.m., 600 block of West Spring Street. Caller reported screaming between man and woman for 30 minutes. Officers spoke to subjects and obtained search warrant to enter residence. Both parties advised it was a verbal dispute only. Marijuana odor emitting from residence; evidence seized.

Saturday, 12:00 a.m., 400 Stillwater Drive. Caller requested to speak to an officer about activity at residence.

Saturday, 5:41 a.m., Ind. 116 and East 150 North. Officer followed subject home to make sure car did not die.

Saturday, 2:33 p.m., 1600 block of South Wayne Street. Woman court ordered to leave residence by noon. Was walking around naked after 2 p.m.

Saturday, 3:31 p.m., 100 North Johnson Street. Report of threatening via phone and text message.

Saturday, 10:35 p.m., 300 block of South Main Street. Report of man yelling outside of hospital.

Sunday, 1:23 a.m., Whicker Park. Adult was out on late night drive with kids and letting them play.

Sunday, 10:32 a.m., 300 block of North Williams Street. Caller reported ex-boyfriend took her cat from her house.

Sunday, 1:57 p.m., 300 block of East Wabash Street. Report of vandalism overnight.

Sunday, 2:44 p.m., Walmart. Report of two people asking customers for money. Subjects told to leave.

Sunday, 5:49 p.m., Addictions Body Art. Man advised he cannot drive lawn mower down Main Street.

Sunday, 8:28 p.m., Life Community Church. Report of subject living out of his vehicle at the church.

Sunday, 11:19 p.m., 1000 block of West Wabash Street. Report of woman throwing candle at door while intoxicated.

Monday, 7:28 a.m., South Main and East Silver streets. Report of a stray dog. No chip, taken to shelter.

Monday, 11:45 a.m., Kentucky Fried Chicken. Report of semi in turn lane causing traffic issues for businesses.

Friday, 5:06  p.m., 11000 N Ind. 1, Ossian. Caller reported woman did not make payment for a vehicle despite a contract. Officer advised it is a civil issue and to seek legal advice.

Saturday, 2:13 p.m., West 1200 North and North 200 West, Ossian. Report of man walking with what appeared to be a tan handgun.

Saturday, 3:06 p.m., North 100 East and East 900 North, Ossian. Subject cited for driving for 76 mph in a 45 mph speed zone.

Sunday, 5:41 a.m., Ind. 1 and East 500 North, Ossian. Report of vehicle off roadway. Tire was off of the rim, officer gave subjects a ride.

Sunday, 8:06 a.m., Ossian BP Station. Report of customer who refused to pay for already pumped gas.

Sunday, 5:58 p.m., Bittersweet Lane and Homestead Avenue, Ossian. Report of juvenile on four wheeler. Officers spoke to parents.

Sunday, 9:44 p.m., 700 block of Park Drive, Ossian. Caller reported inappropriate things happen at the park every night by the pavilion, does not want to be involved. No issues found.

Friday, 3:16 p.m., 2400 East 400 North. Report of theft of funds from bank via third party company.

Friday, 4:48 p.m., 5800 West 200 South, Liberty Center. Police report requested for issue with fraudulent charge.

Friday, 7:55 p.m., West 900 South and South 300 West, Poneto. Officer informed man mowing lawn he needed to remove grass clippings from roadway.

Friday, 9:13 p.m., Irish Acres. Caller reported subject in shorts and t shirt walked up to building and then leave, possibly in van. Officers were unable to locate.

Saturday, 7:10 a.m., 300 block of Countryside Drive, Markle. Report of domestic violence with children in home. One party agreed to leave.

Saturday, 7:27 a.m., 2900 block of Stoney Lane, Markle. Officer requested to stand by for assistance with eviction.

Saturday, 8:33 a.m., Ind. 124 and North 300 West, Bluffton. Report of an abandoned vehicle.

Saturday, 8:38 a.m., near 6700 South 250 East. Caller reported over 130 dead chickens. Officer observed puncture marks consistent with animal bites.

Saturday, 4:39 p.m., 200 block of North Williams Street, Bluffton. Registry check completed.

Sunday, 12:50 a.m., Ind. 116 and North 300 West, Markle. Driver issued citation for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone.

Sunday, 9:34 a.m., 1100 block of West Wiley Avenue, Bluffton. Protection order served.

Monday, 9:26 a.m., Lighted Gardens. Caller reported a parked truck in parking lot for two weeks. Truck towed to Freeman’s.

Monday, 9:31 a.m., Silo Farms. Welfare check requested for subject; officer advised they were incarcerated.

Monday, 10:32 a.m., 2900 block of Stoney Lane. Report of harassment over eviction.

ACCIDENTS

Sunday, 10:21 a.m., East Morse and Tracy streets, Markle. Judith Mower was turning left into the parking lot of the Markle Church when her Lincoln Mkx struck Richard Martin, driving a motorcycle. Martin, unable to avoid the collision, was ejected from the motorcycle. He was transported to Lutheran ER for immediate care; he had injuries to the legs, arms, and chest. Damages not exceeding $10,000.

Friday, 3:46 p.m., 1000 North and Ind. 1. The front end of Jenna Collins’ vehicle collided with the rear end of Steven Reid’s vehicle. Reid stated he had to stop abruptly due to traffic in front of him.

FIRES

Friday, 3:38 p.m., East 1000 South and South 200 East, Keystone. Report of a truck engulfed with fire.

Sunday, 2:06 p.m., 4300 East 1000 South, Keystone. Report of siding from house on fire. Fire put out approximately 13 minutes later.

ARRESTS

Diana Katherine Humphrey, 38, Indianapolis, arrested for a probation violation. No bond set,

Lesley Wayne Bridgewater, 52, Decatur, arrested for theft, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.

Joey Dominic Hinton, 41, Ossian, arrested for burglary, residential breaking and entering, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.

Ronald Lee Petty, 50, Bluffton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Bond set at $6,500.
