This summer, Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan School District hosted a series of summer camps for students to learn new skills and hobbies. Among these camps was Camp Compassion — a three-week camp where special education students embarked on a variety of fun experiences and opportunities. Some of these items including: visiting the Fort Wayne Zoo, swimming at the Wells Community Pool, meet emergency response personnel, learn about different careers, and playing with a variety of pets, including a bunny, dog, lizard and monkey.
