A “town hall” style forum regarding the 20th anniversary of the “Great Flood of 2003” is scheduled for this evening at 6 p.m. at the wells County Public Library’s main branch in Bluffton.
Organizer Doug Sunlding will make a brief presentation and then open the floor for people to share their memories or perspectives about the event.
