The IHSAA live-streamed the annual baseball and softball pairings show Sunday night.

Specific dates and times have yet to be announced, but the softball sectional tournament is scheduled to start on Monday, May 22, through Saturday, May 27. Baseball will start Wednesday, May 24, and go until Monday, May 29.

Below are the baseball pairings:

Class 3A sectional at Oak Hill: After winning the 2022 sectional, Norwell (11-4) will look for a repeat. The Knights drew Mississinewa (8-6) for the first round, with Oak Hill and Peru on the other side. Maconaquah and Bellmont received a bye and will play each other in round two for the semi-final.

Norwell defeated the Indians 8-6 on the road earlier in the season.

Class 2A sectional at Blackford: Bluffton (10-4) received the only first-round bye in Wells County and will face Bishop Luers (9-5). In Round 1, South Adams and Eastbrook will play the winner of Adams Central and Blackford.

The Tigers had an early exit to a tough Woodlan squad last year, losing 4-0.

Class 1A sectional at Anderson Prep: Southern Wells (3-11) drew Wes-Del (11-2) in the opening round of the tournament. The winner between the Raiders and the Warriors will play Cowan, the only school with a first-round bye. Liberty Christian and Tri-Central will play and advance to play the winner of Daleville and Anderson Prep.

The Raiders lost 6-1 at Wes-Del early on in the season and lost to the Warriors in round two last season.

Softball pairings:

Class 3A at Bellmont: Norwell (6-5) will battle Oak Hill (3-6-1). The two schools are the only ones to not receive a first-round bye. Bellmont and Peru will play in round two, while Maconaquah awaits the winner of the Knights and Golden Eagles.

Norwell is looking to get back on top of the sectional after winning it in 2021.

Class 2A at Manchester: Bluffton (6-7-1) drew conference foe South Adams (6-5) in Round 1. The winner of that game will take on Adams Central. Whitko and Manchester will battle to take on Bishop Luers in the second round.

The Starfires hosted the Tigers earlier in the season and won 11-1.

Class 1A at Daleville: Like the baseball team, Southern Wells (3-13) drew Wes-Del (10-3) in Round 1. The winner will face Liberty Christain. On the other side of the bracket, Daleville will await the winner of Cowan and Tri-Central.

The Raiders fell twice in a doubleheader to the Warriors earlier in the season.
