The Southern Wells softball team got swept in the season-opening doubleheader on the road against Wes-Del on Monday. This game was made up from Saturday that was postponed.
The Raiders lost 13-1 in Game 1 and 9-2 in Game 2.
Morgan Jones had an RBI double for Southern Wells, along with a run scored, while Collena Reeves scored a run on top of hitting a single. Jailynn Chase was credited with the RBI.
The Raiders will travel to Norwell for its next game starting at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 5.
