Thursday, 3:49 p.m., residence on Hollyhock Lane. Teen being defiant to their mother. Mother reported the teen had been physically abusive to her.
Thursday, 4:34 p.m., 605W Cherry St. Noise complaint. No music found upon arrival.
Thursday, 10:13 p.m., residence on Grove Street. Report of threatening messages.
Friday, 12:04 a.m., Lancaster Senior Villas. Report of a man in dark clothing walking in the parking lot with a flashlight. Unable to locate.
Friday, 1:02 a.m., Lilac Lane Apartments. Vehicle open. Owner advised she had forgotten to shut the door.
Friday, 6:52 a.m., North Main Street and East Ind. 124. Driving complaint regarding truck carrying tires that seem like they might fall out. Vehicle located. Load seemed secure.
Friday, 6:58 a.m., Outdoor Concepts, Inc. Citation issued for speed.
Friday, 11:12 a.m., 20/20 Custom Molded Plastics. Report of harassment from two individuals trespassing on the property.
Friday, 11:25 a.m., East Spring and South Main Streets. Two vehicle accident. Freeman’s towed both vehicles. Report to follow.
Friday, 1:41 p.m., South Main and East South Streets. Driving complaint regarding a driver with a small child sitting in their lap.

Thursday, 3:26 p.m., Ind 218 and Ind. 1. Deputy observed a vehicle traveling 77 in a 55 mph zone. Traffic stop conducted. The deputy ran the license of the driver, Tristan Alan Michael Walburn, 33, Fort Wayne, which returned as suspended with a prior. Walburn was arrested for driving while suspended, prior suspension within 10 years, a Class A misdemeanor, and cited for speeding. Wyatt’s towed the vehicle. An officer transported Walburn’s passenger to Ossian. Walburn was booked and released.
Thursday, 4:33 p.m., residence on 900S, Warren. Report a man who came by this residence and apologized for stealing copper pipes at an unknown time. Caller believed the man was intoxicated and left toward a chicken barn. Deputy located the man, who stated he was making amends for old crimes and was not under the influence.
Thursday, 7:50 p.m., residence on Grape Street, Poneto. Report by a third party of a juvenile threatening suicide with a firearm. Deputy spoke with the juvenile and their parents, who discussion counseling and medication. The juvenile was transported to Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Thursday, 11:58 p.m., residence on Ind. 1 and 500N. Vehicle stopped for not having trailer lights. Both the truck and trailer plate returned to different vehicles. The driver provided proof the truck had been purchased recently and he had not been able to change the plates. The trailer was on loan to pick-up a vehicle. The driver put on hazard lights to get the trailer to his destination and said he would work on the lights before heading home.

Wednesday, 6:52 p.m., 810 Snider Dr. Lisa D. Hammons, 45, Zainsville, was driving a 2012 Hyundai Genesis and hit a light pole after going over a speed bump. The vehicle had damage to the front passenger bumper, headlight assembly, quarter panel and tire. The light pole had scuff marks and missing paint, but no structural damage. Damage exceeded $2,500.

Friday, 6:40 a.m., Meridian Road and 250S, Bluffton. Amber L. Smeltzer, 37, Bluffton, was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV northbound on Meridian Road when a deer ran in her pathway. Damage exceeded $1,000.
FIRES
Thursday, 4:58 p.m., 1131W 100S, Bluffton. AEP pole snapped at base and wires across the road. Liberty Township Fire Department responded. Roadway opened at 5:16 p.m.
Thursday, 9:47 p.m., 303S Main St., Grass fire. Bluffton Fire Department responded. Party found attempting controlled burn of leaves and weeds. Advised only recreational fires were allowed in town.
ARRESTS
Joshua Craig Causey, 32, Bluffton; invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
Bryonne Nikolle Bradley, 28, Huntington; possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Booked and release.
Luis Francisco Diaz, 51, Bluffton; false informing, a Class B misdemeanor, and unlawful use of 911, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $2,000.
Sebastian Jeffrey Hubble, 30, Bluffton; child exploitation, a Level 4 felony, possession of child pornography, a Level 5 felony, voyeurism with a camera entering a dwelling, a Level 6 felony, and public voyeurism, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $81,500.
