Friday, 2:22 a.m., Budget Inn. Verbal domestic altercation between a man and a woman.
Friday, 6:12 a.m., North Main Street and West Water Street. Citation issued for speeding and driving without license in possession.
Friday, 10:25 a.m., residence on East Market Street. Report of physical abuse.
Friday, 11:58 a.m., America’s Best Value Inn. Unwanted party refusing to leave.
Friday, 1:11 p.m., South Main Street and East Central Avenue. Multiple vehicle accident. Report to follow.

Thursday, 11:48 p.m., 317 North Williams Street. Warrant out of Adams County served on Casey Hundley, 42. Hundley was arrested for failing to appear in court. Nicole Colwell, 36, was also found at this location, and is barred from contacting Hundley. Colwell was arrested for two counts of invasion of privacy, Level 6 felonies.
Friday, 3:49 a.m., Southeast Ind. 116 and South 800E, Vera Cruz. Billy J. Hill Jr., 52, Bluffton, was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze southeast on Ind. 116 when a deer entered the roadway and he was unable to avoid collision. Damage exceeded $5,000.

Thursday, 3:14 p.m., 1890 North Main Street. Phyllis J. Johnson, 85, Bluffton was backing a 2012 Buick LaCrosse and did not see a 1997 Ford Ranger pick-up driven by Harper E. Kahn, 16, Uniondale. Damage did not exceed $1,000.
ARRESTS
Robert Lee Wine, 32, Bluffton; invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
Matthew John Springer, 47, Coldwater, Mich.; driving with a suspension, prior suspension within 10 years, a Class A misdemeanor.
Sonny Anthony Williams, 20, Fort Wayne; minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.
