The Wells County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Bluffton man Tuesday afternoon for allegedly dealing narcotic drugs.
Malvern Guadalupe Bozarth, 19, Bluffton, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance in the use, manufacturing, keeping, sale or delivery of drugs, a Level 6 felony, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, a Level 4 felony, and dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Level 2 felony. No bond was set.
Bozarth was arrested at his workplace, Perma Column in Ossian, while police performed a simultaneous search of his residence, 501W Market St. in Bluffton.
Borzarth had been identified as having a high probability of violence and a history of running from police.
Officers from the WCSD, Bluffton Police Department and Ossian Police Department conducted the search warrant and arrest.
