Above, D’Wayne Eskridge, at left, was the guest speaker Monday evening as the Wells Community Boys & Girls Club celebrated their 6th annual “Making a Difference” fund-raiser at the club. Ryan Ferguson, above right, presented Eskridge a Boys & Girls backpack. Eskridge, who is a wide receiver with the Seattle Seahawks, explained that many folks have helped him along his way, including the Boys & Girls Club.
