Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 824-4WOW or 824-4969.
2023 Senior Discount Cards are available at the Wells County Council on Aging. Cards are $7 each, $8 if laminated. Send the agency a stamped, self-addressed legal sized envelope and to 225 W. Water St., Bluffton, IN 46714, if you would like us to mail your card to you.

Stop by the Council on Aging for a complete list of activities offered by the Bluffton Parks and Recreation Department. Call the Parks Department for a detailed list of senior activities.
Bingo will be played the from 1 to 3 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month — this month, it’s Feb. 15 — at River Terrace, 400 Caylor Blvd. The event features coffee, light snacks, and prizes.
Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. — Nutrition program at Capri Meadows II, 58 Capri Court, sponsored by Aging and In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana. The cost for people 60 and over is a free-will donation; those under 60 can buy meals for $5.25. Contact the nutrition site at 273-4197 24 hours in advance between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to fill out paperwork and for COVID-19 instructions for meals.
Friday, July 29
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Foot Clinic with Toni Mowery, LPN. Includes foot soak, foot inspection, nail and callous care and lotion massage. Cost: $35 per person. Call 824-1070 to make an appointment.
Closed on President’s Day — The Wells County Council on Aging and the Wells on Wheels operation will be closed Monday, Feb. 20, for the President’s Day holiday. No transportation will be provided on that day.
