I am writing about a manhole cover. It makes noise at night and prevents me from my slumber. I am requesting someone at least look at the cover.
The manhole causes me a great deal of pain. The noise is quite annoying. My grandmother had to stay at my house and she said “That manhole cover is quite loud.”
It’s on Main Street intersection with South Street.
