The final piece of a $1-million puzzle was completed this week with the unveiling of more than $300,000 in training equipment at Adams Central High School Tuesday. The Don Wood Foundation announced a grant of $1,012,812.78 last December to the Area 18 Career and Technical Education program, which includes all of Wells County’s high schools, to upgrade training equipment at five of the schools in the four-county area. Bluffton High School was one of the earlier recipients of almost $200,000 for the school’s welding program. Supply chain issues was the main cause of the project’s delay. (Photo provided)
