The Norwell Knights’ (2-0) girls’ basketball team took the road for the first time this year to defeat Mississinewa (1-1) 91-37.
The blowout win included an opening first quarter that ended 28-3,
Norwell had scoring from 11 different players, including double figures for both Kennedy Fuelling, 18, Makenzie Fuess, 16, and Vanessa Rosswurm, 15.
Leading rebounders on the night were Haley Green’s 13, assists Ali Riley and Madyson Sonnigsen with two, two blocks from Green, and five steals from Dekota Hubble.
The Lady Knights will be back in action at Angola at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12.
