PUBLIC NOTICE OF
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
Wells County Highway Department (1600 W. Washington St, Bluffton, IN 46714) is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: CR200 North Over Rock Creek Bridge Project. Work consists of replacement of the existing bridge, channel clearing, and scour protection. Project runoff will discharge into Rock Creek.
