Students from Bluffton, Norwell, and Southern Wells visited area manufacturers Friday to learn more about career opportunities, skills needed, and about products made locally as part of National Manufacturing Day, meant to showcase modern manufacturing to students, parents, and educators. Wells County Economic Development, through the support of the Adams Wells Manufacturing Alliance, the Wells County Foundation, and the Indiana Manufacturing Competitiveness Center, coordinated visits for students to tour 20/20 Custom Molded Plastics, Haven Manufacturing, Inteva Products, Star Engineering, Roembke Manufacturing, K-K Tool & Die, Rethceif Packaging, Trusted Manufacturing, Wayne Metals, and Novae Corp.
