City:
Tuesday, 6:47 p.m., residence in the 700 block of South Morgan Street. Electronics stolen from garage.
Tuesday, 8:45 p.m., Roush Park, 925 W. Silver St. Person stole the doll house. Officers responded and located the man who had taken the house and he said he thought it had been “left for junk.” He returned the house.
Tuesday, 11:24 p.m., residence in the 400 block of Cedar Road, Bluffton Woods mobile home park. Couple reported they believed a male acquaintance was coming into their mobile home and stealing food. Officer spoke with the man who denied the allegation. He was warned for trespassing at the couple’s residence.
Wednesday, 3:10 a.m., East River Road at the third pulloff. Man sleeping in his car. He was told to move along.
Wednesday, 8:27 a.m., residence in the 400 block of West Wabash Street. Semi took too sharp of a turn at the corner and damaged the caller’s yard.
Wednesday, 10:04 a.m., Main Motel, 1005 S. Main St. Officers served a warrant for arrest on Karen Sue Almeida, 52, who lives at the motel, on charges of driving while suspended with a prior conviction for the same offense, a Class A misdemeanor, and probation violation.

Tuesday, 2:56 a.m., Silo Farms mobile home park, 11080N-Ind. 1. Burglar alarm at one of the mobile homes. Officers responded. No sign of foul play found.
Tuesday, 8:29 p.m., residence on 450E south of U.S. 224. Deputies served a warrant for arrest on Ridge Mason Borne, 20, of that address on three counts of unlawful use of 911 service — placing 911 calls when there was no emergency, all Class A misdemeanors. Bond set at $4,500.
Ossian:
Tuesday, 8:49 a.m., apartment in the 400 block of Countryside Drive. Caller contacted the Ossian police officer for a welfare check on a family member who was not answering phone calls or email and had not been heard from for a couple months. Officer got no response by knocking or ringing the bell. Officer able to enter the apartment with the assistance of maintenance. The man was fine. He was asleep at his computer and had been playing video games.
ACCIDENTS

Tuesday, 10:03 p.m., 450E south of River Road. Christopher H. Kruchkow, 57, Berne, hit a deer with his 2014 Volkswagen Eos. Damage to the car exceeded $1,000.
Tuesday, 2:45 a.m., Tipsy Ditch, 710 S. Jefferson St. Burglar alarm. Deputies responded. No sign of foul play found.
FIRE RUNS
Wednesday, 5:30 p.m., Bluffton-Harrison Middle School, 1500 Stogdill Road. Bluffton Fire Department dispatched to set up a landing zone on the west side of the school for Lutheran Air.
Wednesday, 2:48 a.m., Loving Shepherd Ministries, 1935 N. Main St. Strobe light and alarm inside the building Bluffton Fire Department dispatched. No fire found.
Wednesday, 8:18 a.m., Hope Missionary Church, 429 E. Dustman Rd. Smoke alarm. Bluffton Fire Department dispatched. No fire. Alarm was being worked on by the alarm company.
ARRESTS
Brooklyn Madison Dean, 26, Fort Wayne; possession of a handgun without a license and driving while suspended with a prior conviction for the same offense, both Class A misdemeanors. Bond set at $3,000.
Rita Ann Bollenbacher, 51, Berne; probation violation. No bond set.
Joseph Burton Williams, 34, Montpelier; probation violation. No bond set.
