Southern Wells school board will meet Tuesday

The board of the Southern Wells Community Schools will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, in the high school media center of the SWCS campus. Those attending should enter Door 10.

The Bluffton Common Council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 128 E. Market St.

The only topics on the agenda for Tuesday night’s meeting are the swearing-in of a new police officer and discussion of the fire service report.

County Drainage Board will not meet on Monday

The Wells County Drainage Board will not meet Monday, May 16, due to a conference conflict and a lack of items on the board’s agenda.

 The board will next meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday, June 6.
