Probation transferred from Huntington County to Wells County for Terry Lee Carr, 49, Bluffton, who was sentenced in Huntington County Circuit Court Feb. 2, 2021, on one count of domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon, a Level 5 felony.
Carr’s term of probation is to Nov. 2, 2024.
He is to report to a batterer intervention program, have no contact with his victim and pay an interstate probation transfer fee and monthly probation fees.
