After a rough opening weekend, the Norwell Knights bounced back on Tuesday to defeat South Adams 16-0 in five innings at Berne.

Norwell (1-2) kicked things off with five runs in the top of the first inning. They scored four more in the second, two in the third, and five more in the fourth to win the game by the 10-run rule.

The Knights combined for 13 hits at the plate, while South Adams had just three.

Norwell will return to the diamond on Friday with a home game against Eastbrook.
