PUBLIC NOTICE OF
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
The City of Bluffton (128 E Market Street, Indiana, 46714) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the intent to comply with 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities related to sanitary sewer construction. The project is called the Dustman Interceptor. The project limits are along the north right-of-way of the railroad in Section 34 of Lancaster Township, along the east side of Lakeside Addition and Sleepy Hollow Addition to Dustman Road, along Dustman Road eastward approximately 3,000 feet, all in Bluffton, Indiana.
