The Norwell Knights came up with a close 52-50 victory against the Concordia Cadets at Fort Wayne on Saturday.
It was the Knights’ 11th straight win, which was aided by a game-winning basket by game-winning basket by Luke Graft with 2.3 seconds remaining.
Norwell (19-3) was led in scoring by Luke McBride with 19 points. Lleyton Bailey followed with 16. The two junior guards combined to shoot 11-of-16 overall and 5-of-7 from the 3-point line.
Overall, Norwell shot 54.5 percent from the field as a team.
Defensively, the Knights held the Cadets to just 38.5 percent shooting. They also pulled down 29 rebounds while the Cadets managed just 16.
Graft led the Knights on the boards with seven.
Norwell will conclude its regular season on Friday at Homestead.
