The 13th annual Wells County Prom Dress Exchange will be held Friday and Saturday, March 11 and 12, at First United Methodist Church, 325 W. Washington St. in Bluffton. Hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. All dresses are $10 and short formal dresses are free….
