Kathie Mounsey’s last day as settlement deputy in the Wells County Auditor’s office was Monday. Mounsey has served the county for 32 years under six different auditors. She was hired by Guy Stewart, then worked with Paul Bonham, Karla Borror, Mary Towne, Beth Davis and currently Lisa McCormick.
