Bluffton-Harrison Middle School’s eighth-grade boys’ basketball team lost to Adams Central in a close 48-46 contest.
Adams Central took a 16-12 lead after one quarter. Both teams matched their production in the second, and Adams Central led 32-24 at the half.
The Tigers tied it up in the third quarter, ending that frame with the score 38-38. But the Jets scored just enough in the fourth to secure the victory.
AJ Streveler and Kaden Grau led Bluffton’s offense with 18 and 17 points respectively.
