NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Northern Wells Community School Corporation that the Board of School Trustees will receive sealed bids at their regular meeting to be held at the Central Office located at 312 N Jefferson St., Ossian, IN on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 5:30 pm for the purpose of borrowing funds from a financial institution. The amount of borrowing shall not exceed $2,000,000.00, interest non-taxable and may be borrowed in lesser amounts during March 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022 and are for appropriations made and approved by all departments of government for Northern Wells Community School Corporation for expenditures for above mentioned calendar year. Bidders should prepare sealed bids and show therein, interest rate to be charged to Northern Wells Community School Corporation for any sum to be borrowed by said Northern Wells Community Corporation up to a maximum of $2,000,000.00, interest non-taxable. Such interest rate shall be for above mentioned calendar year. (Indiana Code 20-48-2-2 and Indiana Code 20-48-2-3). Northern Wells Community School Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. Signed this 11th day of January, 2022.
