Bluffton’s eighth-grade boys’ basketball team defeated Blackford 43-36.
After a tied first quarter, Bluffton took a 22-18 lead at halftime.
The Tigers created more separation in the third quarter, outscoring their opponent 15-9 to lead 37-27.
Blackford outscored Bluffton in the fourth 9-6, but it was not enough for a comeback try.
AJ Streveler led Bluffton with 21 points, and Declan Grieser followed with 11.
