TO:
Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Complaint filed in the Wells Circuit Court against the above-named Defendant. Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendant, upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following described real estate:
EXHIBIT A
Part of the southwest fraction of the southeast quarter of section 3, township 26 north, range 12 east, Harrison Township, Wells County, Indiana, described as follows:
Starting at the southwest corner of said southeast quarter found per record witness; thence northerly 1341.50 feet along the west line of said southeast quarter to a railroad spike at the centerline of Sherwood Drive; thence southeasterly deflecting right 120 degrees 21 minutes 45 seconds, 263.00 feet along said centerline to a P.K. nail; thence northeasterly deflecting left 91 degrees 17 minutes 24 seconds, 25.00 feet to a 5/8” rebar stake on the northerly right-of-way line of Sherwood Drive which shall be the place of beginning; thence southeasterly, deflecting right 91 degrees 17 minutes 24 seconds, 150.74 feet along said northerly right-of-way line to a 5/8” rebar stake; thence northeasterly deflecting left 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, 150.00 feet to a 5/8” rebar stake; thence northwesterly deflecting left 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, 153.94 feet to a 5/8” rebar stake marking a high pressure gas line; thence southwesterly, deflecting left, 91 degrees 17 minutes 24 seconds, 150.04 feet along said gas line to the  place of beginning, CONTAINING 0.53 ACRES, more or less.
Also, Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 26 North, Range 12 East, Wells County, Indiana; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East (Record Bearing - Assumed) along the West line of said quarter 1945.37 feet to a point on the South bank of the Wabash River; thence South 64 degrees 37 minutes 01 seconds East, along said south bank, a distance of 557.77 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter rebar stake which shall be the point of beginning for the tract herein described; thence South 64 degrees 37 minutes 01 seconds East 50.76 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter rebar stake; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, parallel with said West line 400.92 feet to a point located in a pond; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 105.01 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter rebar stake; thence North 59 degrees 36 minutes 24 seconds West, a distance of 153.94 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter rebar stake marking a high pressure gas line; thence North 29 degrees 06 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 394.62 feet to the point of beginning.

Therefore, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint and that he/she appears and answer within (30) days of the last publication of this notice, default judgment may be entered against him/her for the relief sought in the Complaint.
