This public notice is made to satisfy requirements of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s (IDEM) Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP)
MAPLE CREEK PORK LLC is filing a Notice of Intent with IDEM for a CSGP as a part of their project building a third Hog Barn on their facility at 5383 E 700 N, Ossian, IN 46777. In addition to the address given for the project, the facility’s location is also described to be a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 28 North, Range 12 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Jefferson Township in Wells County, Indiana.
