Lorraine Betty Howell, 80, of rural Bluffton, passed away at 8:18 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She was born Sunday, Nov. 25, 1945, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She married David L. Howell Saturday, Oct. 30, 1965.
She will be forever missed by her husband, David L. Howell, Bluffton; son, Mike (Joy) Howell, Lavonia, Georgia; daughter, Tresa Howell (Tom) Siegel, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; brother, Mark (Sue) Warner; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren .
She was preceded in death by her father, Kermit Warner; mother, Betty (Gibney) Warner; and brothers, Mike and Kermit Warner.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Glancy – H. Brown & Son Funeral Home in Warren.
