Robert “Todd” Dull, 56, of Bluffton, passed away at 9:17 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
He was born on July 9, 1969, in Jay County, Indiana, to Robert G. Dull and Nancy J. (Arnold) Dull of Bluffton.
Todd graduated from South Adams High School in 1988 and went on to attend the International Business College in Fort Wayne where he earned his degree for accounting and financial advisor and was also employed by M&S Industrial Metal Fabricators inc. in Huntington. He was a member of Hope Missionary Church in Bluffton.
He enjoyed golfing and bowling and was a member of the Wabash Valley Golf Club. He also played in the Berne Softball League and was a fan of IU athletics, the Dallas Cowboys, the Cincinnati Reds and Dale Earnhardt Sr.
Survivors include his parents, Robert G. and Nancy Dull of Bluffton; four children, Draven Dull of Bluffton, Blaze McClain of Fort Wayne, Kirsten Brackin of Bluffton and Michael Shaneyfelt of Jonesboro; one sister, Lisa Renee Dull of Geneva; three grandchildren, Stormie Shaneyfelt, Tristan Shaneyfelt and Finnegan Brackin; nephew, Derek (Stephanie) Fox of Wellsburg, West Virginia; two great-nieces, Lennon Fox and Gracelyn Jutte; and two great-nephews, Matthew Jutte and Thayer Jutte.
He was preceded in death by his former wife, Cynthia Loper.
Family and friends may gather from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at Downing and Glancy’s with Rev. Gary Aupperle officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Geneva. Friends may also gather one hour before the service at the funeral home.
