ACCIDENTS

Monday, 7:14 a.m., Hoosier Highway at S.R. 218, Poneto. Garrison Rash, 20, Monroe, was driving a 2006 Honda ST1300 motorcycle south on Hoosier Highway and noticed a stop sign at the last minute and could not stop at the intersection. Rash lost control of the bike and crashed into the field. Damage exceeded $1,000.
ARRESTS
Donell Julian Dixon, 23, Kokomo; sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 5 felony. No bond set.
Heather Angel Fitzsimmons, 49, Bluffton; theft of a vehicle, a Level 6 felony, deception — identity, a Level 6 felony, and theft, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
