Ossian:
Saturday, 5:40 p.m., 4400 North S.R. 1, Ossian. Caller reported two subjects hitting each other with small children in back. Officer located subjects and children who all advised they were playing “Slug Bug” and nothing was wrong.
Saturday, 6:47 p.m., U.S. 224 and North 600E, Craigville. Driver reported man asleep at wheel at stop sign, man woke up and offered subjects money to drive him to Bluffton. Anthony Kephart arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Sunday, 10:18 p.m., 200W and 1200N, Ossian. Deer permit issued.
Monday, 5:36 p.m., 1100N and 450E, Ossian. Barricades moved again.
Monday, 6:46 p.m., 600E and 1000N, Ossian. Report of barricades near a bean field in easement. County highway contacted to remove.
FIRES
Saturday, 1:27 p.m., 2600E 900S, Nottingham. Report of grass fire out of control. Fire under control approximately 38 minutes later.

Sierra Jackson, 25, Huntington; dealing methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony, possession of methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony, possession of cocaine, a Level 6 felony, possession of xylazine and possession of paraphernalia, both Class A misdemeanors. No bond set.
Kyle Michael Girod, 35, Decatur; domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
