Thursday, 11:11 p.m., Save On Liquor North. Driver cited for no valid license and expired plates.
Ossian:
Thursday, 6:43 p.m., North 450E and East 1000N, Ossian. Caller reported traffic control device being repeatedly removed on Thiele Road. Officer moved them back and watched for traffic. A driver later went around barricades running the stop sign, and did not stop when the officer signaled his lights. Driver stopped later and issued ticket.
Thursday, 11:11 p.m., North 450E and East 1000N, Ossian. Construction barriers replaced.
Friday, 10:30 a.m., North 450 East and U.S. 24, Ossian. Removed tire treads from the roadway.
ARRESTS
Brittany Dean Vaughn, 26, Bluffton; dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, a Level 1 felony. Bond set at $30,000.
Alexander David Lobo, 22, Bluffton; leaving the scene of a crash, a Class A misdemeanor, and driving left of center. Bond set at $1,000.
