Tuesday, 4:33 p.m., Super-Pufft. Report of verbal altercation between employees outside. Officer told there was a fire alarm, and a manager and employee had gotten into a verbal altercation when the employee had tried to leave.
Tuesday, 5:26 p.m., Hardees. Caller reported their vehicle was rear-ended.
Wednesday, 10:30 a.m., 200 block of North Oak Street. Trail cam stolen.

Tuesday, 12:24 p.m., 7500 North S.R. 1, Ossian. Report of accident, driver did not stop.
Tuesday, 12:38 p.m., Fast Pace, Bluffton. Vehicle from previous accident was located, officer parked behind vehicle where the driver then backed up into the police vehicle.
Tuesday, 12:53 p.m., 11000 North Marzane Road, Markle. Caller complained of neighbor having a campfire every day since July.
Tuesday, 3:30 p.m., Wells County Jail. Protective order served to Stephen Butt.
Tuesday, 11:06 p.m., Ossian Subway. Driver arrested for driving without a license.
Wednesday, 9:38 a.m, Wells County Courthouse. Subject detained after sentencing.
Wednesday, 10:37 a.m., Wells County Jail. Served warrant to Ella Gerardot.

Edwin Urius Munos, 23, Fort Wayne; operating without ever obtaining a license, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $500.
Mason Lee Thompson, 19, Ossian; minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage, a Class C misdemeanor. Booked and released.
Mackenzie Ann Dykes, 19, Ossian; minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage, a Class C misdemeanor. Booked and released.
Tyler George Neff, 19, Fort Wayne; minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage, a Class C misdemeanor. Booked and released.
Isaac James Shawver, 30, Fort Wayne; operating a vehicle while intoxicated – endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.

ACCIDENTS
Tuesday, 12:24 p.m., S.R. 1. Larry Crayton, 30, Fort Wayne, was performing duties as an Amazon delivery driver with his Ram ProMaster 3500 Van pulled off the side of the road. Sheldon Smith, 36, Berne, collided with Crayton’s vehicle with his Ford Transit Van. Both mirrors were broken off. Smith did not stop for the accident. No injuries. Damages did not exceed $5,000.
Tuesday, 12:38 p.m., 1000 North Main Street. Sheldon Smith, 36, Berne, was backing up in the parking lot when his Ford Transit Van, which was involved in a previous incident that afternoon, backed into a police-issued Dodge Durango driven by Geoffrey Gilbert, 52, Bluffton. No injuries. Damages did not exceed $10,000.
