Saturday, 9:15 p.m., Capri Appartments. Woman reported people were harassing her and damaging her property.
Saturday, 11:09 p.m., McDonald’s. Man reportedly pointed a firearm at an employee through the drive through window. Employee did not want to press charges or talk to the police. Officer escorted employees to vehicles at close.
Saturday, 11:59 p.m., 1204 S Main St. Intoxicated driver.
Sunday, 12:40 a.m., 206 N Main St. Intoxicated driver.
Sunday, 1:25 a.m., Main and Monroe streets. Report of debris in the roadway. Median was possibly hit. Officer moved car parts out of the roadway and located damaged signs. Looking for a maroon vehicle.
Sunday, 1:31 a.m., Unique Blue. Report of disorderly conduct. Two men warned for trespassing.
Sunday, 2:03 a.m., Spring and Main streets. Driver cited for no valid license.
Sunday, 3:33 a.m., Adams and Lancaster streets. Intoxicated driver.
Sunday, 4:16 a.m., 800 block of Avondale Drive. Report of person in all black attempting to break into a shed, left southbound on foot. Unable to locate.
Sunday, 10:16 a.m., Wells Community Pool. Report of vehicle parked at pool to jump vehicle, driver appears to be high and falling over.
Sunday, 12:04 p.m., Walmart. Three men reported fighting in store. Subjects warned to keep it down.
Sunday, 6:34 p.m., 1009 N Main St. Report of man watching employees from motel room for about three hours, calling the business phone and making sexual remarks. Officer warned the man to stop, and he denied the accusations.
Sunday, 10 p.m., Arby’s. Report of woman banging on windows and doors and yelling. Officer told woman the employees did not have to serve her.
Monday, 12:43 a.m., KOA Campground. Report of potential malnourished and/or injured dog. Owner located and said he would attempt to care for the dog.

Friday, 7:30 p.m., 5900 block of North Miller Street, Uniondale. Caller reported concerns with dogs excessively barking, had concerns of retaliation for calling. Dog owner reportedly agreed to do her best to mitigate excessive noise.
Friday, 8:55 p.m., U.S. 224 and West Railroad Street, Uniondale. Driver cited for speeding.
Saturday, 4:48 a.m., S.R. 116 and 250N, Bluffton. Car versus deer.
Saturday, 4:21 p.m., 500 block of Countryside Drive, Markle.
Saturday, 4:33 p.m., Wells County Jail. Sarah Haler served two no contact orders at the jail.
Saturday, 4:50 p.m., Wells County Jail. No contact order served to Ernest Boens Jr.
Saturday, 5:37 p.m., South 100 E and S.R. 218, Poneto. Report of semi truck driver that maybe hit a pole.
Saturday, 8:40 p.m., 5900 North Miller Street, Uniondale. Caller reported neighbors were harassing her, was advised that neighbors’ behavior was not illegal. Caller yelled at officer and asked him to leave.
Sunday, 4:59 p.m., 5900 North Miller Street, Uniondale. Caller reported threatening and harassment from neighbors who denied events occurring. All parties advised to file protective orders against each other.
Ossian:
Friday, 5:12 p.m., 1400 E 1100 N, Ossian. Report of vehicle crashed on side of road after driver attempted to pass multiple vehicles. Ryan Straub cited for speeding 70 in a 55 mph zone.
Friday, 10:12 p.m., 200 block of North Ogden Street, Ossian. Caller requested officer check on 21-year-olds attempting to drink with underage subjects.
Saturday, 11:18 p.m., 100 block of West Roe Street, Ossian. Caller reported heavy traffic of cars and people at nearby house.
Sunday, 8:37 p.m., 5700 N 450 E, Ossian. Caller requesting information regarding protective order.
Monday, 9:15 a.m., 100E and U.S. 224, Ossian. Elizabeth Dorn charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and cited for disregarding a stop sign and failing to provide vehicle registration.
