Jacob L. “Jake” Gephart, 89, of Gas City, passed away in his home on Sept. 1, 2024.
The family will receive visitors from 4-7 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2024, as well as one hour prior to the service at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel 400 E. Main St. in Gas City.
A funeral to celebrate Jake’s life will be held at noon on Sept. 10, 2024 at the funeral home.
