Labor Day on Monday brings with it a host of closures.
The offices of the City of Bluffton and Wells County governments will be closed. The Ossian and Bluffton locations of the Wells County Public Library are closed Saturday, Aug. 31, and Monday, Sept. 2.
There is no mail delivery and The News-Banner does not publish Monday. The office will not be open. Normal publication and office hours will resume Tuesday.
