An elected Union Township Trustee was arrested by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office on Aug. 23.
Nathan Mihm, rural Decatur, was arrested Friday on seven felony charges. With the help of investigations by the Indiana State Police and the Indiana State Board of Accounts, Mihm has been charged with perjury, a Level 6 felony, four counts of conflict of interest, a Level 6 felony and two counts of theft, a Level 6 and Level 5 felony.
Mihm is being held with no bond. An initial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 29 at 8:15 a.m.
