ARRESTS
Trenton Lee Puterbaugh, 28, Ossian; possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
Roger Lee Fox II, 20, Bluffton; theft, a Class A misdemeanor, and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, a Class B misdemeanor.
