Sunday, 12:55 a.m., 427 W South St. Neighbor reported hearing someone in an apartment after the tenant had passed away and apartment should be empty. Apartment cleared and no one was found.
Sunday, 1:10 a.m., residence in the 700 block of Cedar Road. Noise complaint. Officer advised the resident to turn the TV down.
