Saturday, 9:33 p.m., 1400 block of West Central Avenue. Report of sound of gunshots, advised it was fireworks.

Sunday, 2:13 p.m., West Lancaster Street and Westgate Road. Report of kids dancing in the street. Unable to locate.
Sunday, 3:17 p.m., Walmart. Scammer warned to trespassing.
Sunday, 4:59 p.m., 1400 block of West South Street. Homeowner reported kids threw aerosol can in fire.
Sunday, 7:22 p.m., 80 block of Sunset Drive. Report of harassment via text messages. Caller advised to seek protection order.

Monday, 12:59 a.m., Hardees. Report of issue with passcode.

Friday, 5:55 p.m., 4400 West 300 North, Bluffton. Caller reported trash in ditch on side of road with subjects name on some items. Officer contacted the subject and requested they pick it up. Subject obliged and advised it likely flew out of the back of the trash truck.
Friday, 6:03 p.m., Frauhiger Excavating. Report of a parking issue.
Friday, 11:28 p.m., U.S. 224 and North 400 West, Markle. Caller reported they were being followed by black truck in their vehicle.
Saturday, 3:08 p.m., 267 West S.R. 124, Bluffton. Report of three dogs murdering chickens. Officer warned owner of dogs that owner of chickens are within their right to protect their animals.
Saturday, 4:58 p.m., 1500 East 1200 North, Yoder. Report of black Dodge Charger speeding and doing burn outs. Officer did not locate but observed group of individuals near roadway; officer noted it was clear that they were doing burnouts. Subjects advised they knew law enforcement would show up but they did it anyway until then to honor a friend whose funeral was earlier in the day.
Sunday, 2:07 p.m., Apostolic Church. Driver cited for driving while suspended and unsafe start.
Sunday, 4:28 p.m., Wells County Jail. Caller reported she was receiving threats via cell phone.
Monday, 10:37 a.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served to Shawn Adkins.

Saturday, 3:13 p.m., North 100 East And East 800 North, Ossian. Driver cited for speeding.
ACCIDENTS
County:
Friday, 4:35 p.m., S.R. 1 and Lafever Street. Izabella Lewandowski, 17, Decatur, was turning South out of the parking lot while Shelly Gomez, 44, Liberty Center, was turning South from the stop light. Lewandowski stated that vehicles stopped in traffic waived her on to pull forward and she failed to see Gomez. The driver door of Gomez’s Jeep Compass was struck by Lewandowski’s Buick Verano. Damages did not exceed $25,000.
Ossian:
Friday, 8:02 p.m., S.R. 1 and C.R. 400 North. James Felger, 82, Ossian, advised that he was slowing his Chevrolet Silverado in order to prepare to turn when he was struck from behind by a Kia Stinger. The Stinger was driven by Riley Windsor, 18, Ossian. Damages did not exceed $25,000.
ARRESTS
Chad Michael Strubing, 44, Ossian; operating while intoxicated — prior conviction, a Level 6 felony, and operating while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,000.
Henry Diaz, 41, Bluffton; domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
Fernando Gonzalez Bracho, 38, Bluffton; domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
Wilbert Lynn Grayson, 35, Bluffton; two counts of operating while intoxicated, both Class C misdemeanors. Bond set at $500.
Kyle Souder, 41, Decatur; operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, a Level 6 felony. No bond set.
Shawn Michael Adkins, 42, Warren; Contempt of court — civil. Bond set at $500.
