Tuesday, 6:28 a.m., S.R. 1 and East 300 North. Welfare check requested for subject walking in dark clothing. Subject was not impeding traffic or in danger.
Tuesday, 4:08 p.m., North 450 East and East 100 North. Driver cited for speeding 67 in a 45 mph zone.
Tuesday, 4:50 p.m., North Main Street and Willowbrook Trail. Report of theft of driveway markers from Interurban Trail.
Tuesday, 5:56 p.m., Walmart. Report of theft.
Tuesday, 8:47 p.m., McDonalds. Report of assault in parking lot.
Wednesday, 11:19 a.m., Superior Auto. Driver cited for no proof of insurance and no valid license. Vehicle towed.

Tuesday, 3:57 p.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served to Leigha Harmon at the Wells County Jail.
Tuesday, 8:07 p.m., 5200 West S.R. 218, Poneto. Caller reported a man on her property asking to leave his vehicle that had broken down. Officer requested to verify information. Driver allowed to leave vehicle on caller’s property pending help.
Wednesday, 2:49 a.m., Mike Anderson Chevrolet. Report of people walking around in lot. Officer noted the subject pulled over to talk about some boy problems.
Wednesday, 10:35 a.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served to Trista Lamprecht.
Ossian:
Tuesday, 4:50 p.m., 2300 East 700 North, Ossian. Caller reported theft of gun from safe.
ACCIDENTS
County:
Tuesday, 3:05 p.m., 300 West and 900 South. Justin Shaneyfelt was driving South on 300 West when his Chevy Malibu collided with a Buick Riviera driven by Dereck Rockwell. Rockwell was stopped at an intersection and started into traffic when he collided with the Malibu. No injuries were reported. Damages did not exceed $10,000.
ARRESTS
Trista Ann Lamprecht, 31, Markle; battery against public safety official, a Level 5 felony, battery — bodily waste and resisting law enforcement, both Level 6 felonies, intimidation, a Class A misdemeanor, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, both Class B misdemeanors, and public indecency — nudity, a Class C misdemeanor. No bond set.
Joshua Isaac Lutz, 19, Fort Wayne; domestic battery , a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
Leilah Da Nae Harmon, 24, Marion; operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangerment, both Class A misdemeanors, and leaving the scene of a crash — property damage, a Class B misdemeanor. No bond set.
Suprina Lynn Wayne, 51, Bluffton; possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.
Jason Paul Vasquez, 49, Homeless; driving while suspended — prior suspension, a Class A misdemeanor.
