The Allen County Athletic Conference released its all-conference selections for girls’ basketball Tuesday night.
Bluffton’s junior duo Isabella Stout and Maryn Schreiber were listed as first-team all-conference, while senior Haley Gibson was honored on the second team.
Southern Wells’ lone recipient, sophomore Ashlie Needler, received second-team honors.
Stout was third in the conference with 13.2 points per contest and seventh in rebounds (5.8). She also got to the free throw line the second most times in the ACAC, hitting at a 78% rate.
Schreiber nearly averaged a double-double per game with 10.6 points and 8.9 rebounds, producting eight double-doubles for the year. She also was the league’s top shot-blocker with 32.
Gibson averaged 9.5 points and was fourth in three-pointers made with 32.
Southern Wells’ stats are not available online, but Needler was one of the top scorers and rebounders in the conference, leading the Raiders to the sectional final, falling to Northfield.
