Bluffton Board of Works to meet Tuesday afternoon
The Bluffton Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, in the meeting room on the first floor of City Hall, 128 E. Market St.

• Financial and personnel matters.
• Awarding of demolition bids.
• Opening of bids for street materials and sidewalks.
• Road closure request.
• Handicap parking request.
SWCS board will hold executive session
The board of the Southern Wells Community Schools will meet in an executive session at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, at the SWCS campus for discussion of an employee’s job performance.
PSAP Advisory Board will meet Wednesday morning
The Wells County Commissioners will meet at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, in Room 105, the multi-purpose room on the lower level of the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington St.

• Discussion and approval of Executive Committee
• Report from Director Mike Miller
• Discussion of meeting dates
• Announcements
A policy committee meeting will follow the regular agenda at 8:30 a.m. The only item on the agenda is the review of new policies.
Area Plan Commission will meet Thursday evening
The Wells County Area Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, in Room 105, the multi-purpose room on the lower level of the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington St.
Topics on the agenda include:
• Review of rules of procedure, zoning and overlay districts and Solar Development Plan procedure.
• Discussion regarding a special meeting.
• Other business, including a setback violation from 409 N Highland Ave. in Ossian, and junk accumulation at 5926 N Main St. in Uniondale.
