Tuesday, 4:06 p.m., Caller reported man possibly passed out at wheel. Subject advised he worked late shift and early morning shift and fell asleep in his truck. No signs of intoxication.
Tuesday, 4:24 p.m., Pizza Hut. Driver cited for operating with expired plates.
Tuesday, 7:24 p.m., Walmart. Report of an issue with parked car.
Wednesday, 12:15 a.m., 800 block of Eastmoor Drive. Caller reported someone possibly attempted to gain entry through back door of residence. Unable to locate anyone, extra patrol requested.
Wednesday, 1:29 a.m., North Main and East Monroe streets. Report of a vehicle crossing the center line. Unable to locate.
Wednesday, 8:58 a.m., 200 block of Capri Court. Caller reported someone threw eggs on his vehicle in parking lot.
Wednesday, 10:23 a.m., Indiana Physical Therapy. Report of a car in building, no injuries. Building commissioner contacted as a pillar is missing.
Wednesday, 10:30 a.m., Pak A Sak North. Driver cited for expired plates.
Wednesday, 11 a.m., Walmart. Caller requested to speak to officer regarding suspicious activity.

Tuesday, 4:16 p.m., Imel Motor Sales. Caller requested officer to sign lost plate affidavit.
Tuesday, 4:37 p.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served on Stephanie Jarrett.
Tuesday, 5:48 p.m., East 300 North and 100 East, Bluffton. Caller reported he found tools at
intersection.
Tuesday, 6:52 p.m., 10816 South 600 West, Montpelier. Caller requested officer check property after truck pulled into driveway multiple times. No evidence of tampering, added to house watch list.
Wednesday, 3:16 a.m., Ind. 1 and East 400 North, South of Bluffton. Officer checked on vehicle on side of road. Driver advised they were getting number for firewood.
Wednesday, 7:42 a.m., 6800 South Meridian Road, Poneto. Welfare check requested for subject with excess mail and lights off. Subject was fine.
Wednesday, 8:00 a.m., East Rose Road, Bluffton. Report of two vehicles parked in wooded area, officer advised subjects to move along.
Wednesday, 8:11 a.m., 1000 South and Ind. 3, Warren. Car versus deer.
Ossian:
Tuesday, 3:14 p.m., 100 East and 800 North, Ossian. Driver cited for speeding 62 in a 45 mph zone.
Tuesday, 3:29 p.m., Ind. 1 and East 500 North, Ossian. Officer assisted driver with antifreeze leak.
ARRESTS
Joshua Craig Causey, 33, Portland, domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
Jamarcus Tywan Cooper, 39, Fort Wayne, dealing cocaine or narcotic drug, a Level 4 felony. Bond set at $20,000.
