Nelson Family Enterprises, LLC., 2610 Dakota Avenue, South Sioux City, NE 68776 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Frito Lay Warehouse construction, located approximately 1500 feet east of intersection of S. Adams Street and Western Avenue. Furthermore, the project is located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 26N Range 12E, Harrison Township, in Wells County, Indiana. The proposed site will drain to Johnson Ditch, which then drains to Halls Creek.
