Wednesday, 4:29 p.m., Wings ETC. Driver cited for operating with fictitious plates.
Wednesday, 4:29 p.m., Short Stop. Report of a theft from a man in a blue beanie and jeans. Man returned items and was warned for trespassing.
Wednesday, 6:01 p.m., 500 block of East Townley Street. Caller reported neighbor drove through their yard. Officer spoke with the neighbors wife who advised she would scold her husband.
Wednesday, 11:10 p.m., Linger Inn. Report of a domestic disturbance.
Wednesday, 11:39 p.m., 1600 block of South Wayne Street. Report of a verbal altercation with party that left the property. Advised to call back if issue reoccurs.
Thursday, 12:34 a.m., Kehoe Park. Caller requested to speak to officer at the pavilion.
Thursday, 1:40 a.m., Linger Inn. Subject arrested on warrant.
Thursday, 5:50 a.m., Papa Johns. Driver was cited for speeding in work zone.

Thursday, 9:07 a.m., Wings ETC. Caller reported a dirty syringe in the parking lot where employees park.
Thursday, 10:52 a.m., 300 block of West Horton Street. Caller reported abuse.

Wednesday, 1:22 p.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served without issue.
Wednesday, 2:35 p.m., Wells County Jail. Subject came to station to report a sexual harassment that occurred in the county.
Wednesday, 4:11 p.m., 1800 East 200 South, Bluffton. Property owner requested subject be removed from the residence. The subject advised that she lived at the address. The officer informed the owner on the joys of eviction and advised it is a civil matter.
Wednesday, 5:59 p.m., 1800 East 200 South, Bluffton. Caller reported man threatened to slit her throat. Man advised he did not threaten her however the two argued recently. Caller was advised of domestic violence resources. Neither party was willing to separate. CPS was contacted due to a child being present in the home.
Wednesday, 7:56 p.m., Sonlight Wesleyan Church. Report of a vehicle window busted.
Thursday, 8:08 a.m., 8700 West Railroad Street, Uniondale. Caller requested owner remove bus from property.
Thursday, 11:08 a.m., Wells County Jail. Served warrants without incident.
ARRESTS
Nathan Thomas Nusbaumer, 44, Bluffton, domestic battery and controlled substance, both Level 6 felonies, and invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $25,000.
David Lonnie Lawhorne, 28, Ossian, domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $25,000.
Nathaniel Eric Parrott, 32, Fort Wayne, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $3,500.
Dillon J Jackson, 27, Liberty Center, possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, operating with a vehicle while intoxicated and operating with controlled substance in body, both Class C misdemeanors. Bond set at $2,000.
Simone Ashli Routen, 33, Markle, escape, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.
