Wednesday, 8:07 p.m., EZ Bowl. Vehicle hit a curb and was unable to drive due to damage to wheel. Towed to Freeman’s.

Wednesday, 9:31 p.m., Bluffton Regional Medical Center. Transported subject to the Wells County Sheriff’s Department.
Wednesday, 10:16 p.m., Pine Grove Apartments. Report of neighbors yelling at caller. Both parties claimed being verbally threatened by the other group.

Thursday, 12:36 a.m., West Silver and South Jersey streets. Report of group of juveniles playing in street and not moving for traffic. Officer advised adults the middle of the intersection might not be the best place to play football.
Thursday, 2:29 a.m., Walgreens. Report of someone sleeping in seat of car. Advised they had issues at home and were sleeping it off.
Thursday, 3:18 a.m., South Main and East Silver streets. Report of man walking backwards and appearing confused. Subject advised he was waiting for the newspaper to open.
Thursday, 10:50 a.m., 600 block of West Ohio Street. Report of bad burning leaves smell.
Thursday, 12:02 p.m., 800 block of Greenlawn Avenue. Report of domestic issue.

Wednesday, 3:30 p.m., 1000 South and 600 East, Keystone. Officer located large area of damage to asphalt at intersection and followed a trail of fluids. Officer made contact with subject who advised he blew a hydraulic hose on his farm equipment and would take his loader to smooth it out and lay gravel. County highway contacted.
Wednesday, 4:48 p.m., Wells County Jail. Protection order served to Damien Jackson.
Wednesday, 4:41 p.m., 7200 North 300 West, Marble. Abandoned vehicle reported.
Wednesday, 8:59 p.m., 10000 West 900 South, Marion. Report of a teenager exhibiting toddler like behavior at the instruction to go to bed. The 13 year old reportedly broke household items.
Wednesday, 9:33 p.m., 200 West and 300 North, Bluffton. Report of a car crashing into a pole, snapping it in half.

Oscar Soria, 43, Bluffton, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, a Class C misdemeanor.
