Creative Arts Children’s Choir

Do you have a child who loves to sing?  Join us on Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. The Creative Arts Children’s Choir, known as CAC2, is open to students in grades 3 through 8.

Shakespeare on the Plaza

The Parlor City Shakespeare Company will present “Love’s Labour’s Lost” Sept. 8, 9, and 10 on the Parlor City Plaza. Admission is free.

This show is produced in partnership with Bluffton NOW and the Creative Arts Council of Wells County.

 Auditions for ‘Sleepy Hollow’

Auditions for “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, and at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at Creative Arts, 428 S Oak St. in Bluffton. Those interested in attending should enter Door 10 and follow the signs.

Performance dates are Friday, Oct. 27, and Saturday, Oct. 28.  Rehearsals will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. at Creative Arts, beginning Sept. 5.   

Ongoing Activities 

Creative Crew: Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Life Community Church. All forms of creativity are welcome — painting, drawing, needlework, and more. Spend the morning working on your craft and socialize with other artists.  Enter Door 1 or Door 10. The Creative Crew meets in the café.

Readers’ Brown Bag Luncheon: Meeting the last Tuesday of the month at noon at Life Community Church; enter Door 10. All readers are welcome. Call the CAC office for more information.
