The Bluffton Optimist Club recently presented a check to the Miss Wells County pageant committee to assist with the expenses of this year’s pageant.
Emmy Cupp, Miss Wells County 2022 accepted the check from Steve Higgins, the Optimist Club’s president.
Cupp will be a senior this fall at Taylor University where she is studying elementary education. Her goal is to be a fifth-grade teacher.
The pageant this year will be on stage during the Wells County 4-H Fair at 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 17. The event is free and open to the public.
